The Spruce Grove Passive House is a highly efficient, budget family home. A house like this could easily be upfitted with solar and other technologies if desired. Hardy materials were chosen for the interior/exterior to minimize annual maintenance. More recently, we also worked with BC Passive House on the White Gold minimalist mountain home. The superstructure of the house was prefabricated by BC Passive House and lifted in by crane, which allowed us to save on labor costs, get the job done faster and protect the framing from prolonged exposure to the elements.
